Warranty

Please immediately log on to https://www.mitsubishielectric.com.sg/ and have ready before you register: (i) your new home address (including name of the estate); and (ii) the model and serial numbers of the refrigerator, located in the model/serial number tag provided with the refrigerator packaging, or otherwise imprinted on a label inside the refrigerator’s door. A sample of the label is shown as follows:
For repair during the warranty period, please contact our Customer Care Centre at 6473 0308 (Select-Option 1) during our operating hours.

Kindly register your warranty here once you have purchased your Trident products. All warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of individual products.

Standard warranty is on-site service within first 30 days of purchase, and thereafter, CARRY-IN service at our service centre:
